East Virginia Guitars Inc.

Order and Payment Policy

  Each instrument from East Virginia Guitars, Inc. is individually crafted, and as such, construction can incur certain costs that may not be immediately recoverable. The required 50% deposit is non-refundable. It is, however, transferable, provided the following requirements are met:

1. Transferee must contact East Virginia Guitars, Inc. and provide name, contact, and shipping information within 30 days of notification of our intent to ship.
2. Earnest payment of 10% of outstanding balance within 30 days of notification of our intent to ship.
3. Payment of balance in full to be made within 60 days of notification of our intent to ship.

  Shipment will be made upon receipt of final payment.

  If payment in full is not made within 60 days of notification of our intent to ship, the instrument becomes the property of East Virginia Guitars, Inc., and the deposit is forfeited.

  Please note that any changes made to an order before construction begins may result in a change in price. Once construction is underway, no changes may be made.
