Limited Lifetime Warranty

       This warranty applies only to the original retail purchaser and covers defects in materials and workmanship. Upon receipt and verification of a warranty issue, East Virginia Guitars Inc. (EVG) will, at its discretion, repair or replace the instrument free of charge. We will do our best to make the aforementioned repairs or replacements with the same materials used in the original construction, however, due to market availability, we reserve the right to substitute other materials if necessary. The cost of shipping and insurance to and from our repair facility will be the responsibility of the owner. Authorization must be received from EVG before any instrument is shipped.

Warranty exceptions include:

<>Hardware not made by EVG (cases, tuning machines, and strings)These may be warranted by the original manufacturers. Please contact us for information.

<>Damage due to misuse or abuse (either intentional or accidental).

<>Damage due to extremes of weather (heat, cold, dryness or humidity).

<>Finish checking or damage from solvents (alcohol, insect repellents, etc.).

<> Damage caused by strings heavier than medium gauge. Use of strings heavier than medium gauge will void this warranty.

<>Repairs (other than action adjustments performed by a professional luthier) made without the consent of EVG. Any unauthorized repairs will void this warranty.
